 2.Q:How about hair smell?

A:Factory wash the hair with warm water and shampoo, and we will put hair oil to hairs before shipment,protecting the hairs to from being dye during long term delivery. Please pay attention to that the smell will disappear after washing with good shampoo and conditioner.

3.Q:How about hair care?

Tangle The hair may tangle due to dry,oil and dirt,please do not comb(even the wide tooth comb) it under this condition. Make sure to wash your hair twice a week.

4.Q:How about refund policy?

Return Policy 14 days no satisfied we can return once you bought the hair. If you want to change the size, style and color, or your family and friends do not like it, and the hair is new without any damage, we accept return, but the buyer must pay the return fee. If we shipped the wrong size or style, and the hair is new without damaging, we accept return and pay the return fee.
